My stay at the Magnolia Inn in Gautier was excellent. It was quiet, safe, and the perfect environment for the intense studying I needed to do. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a peaceful and secure atmosphere, and I truly appreciated their effort. It made all the difference.

Stayed in a room with king bed and what was described as a hot tub. Room was clean and serviceable, but no soap was provided at the sink. We needed more toilet paper - went to front desk and got TP and soap. Hot tub turned out to be a standard tub with jets. The tub leaked a good bit and the water was brown, like when you rinse out a coffee pot. Water in the toilet was also brown. If the water authority can't deliver clear water, perhaps Magnolia Inn should consider installing their own water filter(s).

We always stay here because it’s near the marina where my boat is. It’s a cheap hotel, but they update the rooms regularly, and it’s clean. It’s a good value.

Great price. Perfect location for my needs. Linens,and furnishings need an upgrade and a paint job would help. All in all, I was satisfied and will stay again.

Floors were filthy . Towels stained yellow. Sheets worn thin. Found hairs in bedding. Loud vehicles in and out all night. Checked out at 7:40 coffee was cold from the night before, said thy would make fresh if I wanted to wait. Only attractive thing about this place is the price and location.

The stay was fine. The bedding comfortable and the room neat and clean. The door guard was missing. I was on a fishing trip and would have loved a one hour late check out but it was not available without a $30.00 late fee.

After I found housekeeping and had her to come in and clean the room before I could stay it was ok ! The woman who was supposed to clean it earlier was gone . The woman who cleaned upstairs came in and Vacuumed and wiped off the table that had food crumbs around the corners !! When I came back to my room later it was ok ! Still needs a super Vacuuming around all corners! The bed was very comfortable! Not many cups in room and only decaf coffee! I was treated very cordial at check in and check out !
