6/10 Good

For $45 was good.

Solid Budget Choice

For the price, a great hotel. Certainly no 5-star resort but the room was decently clean, a/c was loud but worked very well, & the overnight stay was quiet & uneventful, although the room did vibrate when the train passes by (quietly though: felt kind of like an earthquake but no noise). The lady at the front desk was also nice & helpful—I accidentally booked the wrong room type but she switched us for no additional charge. I know other reviews mentioned not having fridge or microwave but both were present in our room.

Wonderful place to stop and get a good night's sleep. Very friendly staff, easy parking, spacious rooms. I'll be happy to stay again.

6/10 Good

For the price it’s good. Towels are size of a tee shirt, no soap or shampoo, can’t run AC more then few hours or it freezes up and have to turn off for 15 mins. Big box fan in my room. Shower is made for someone who’s 5’. I’m not complaining, just mentioning those things.

If you’re looking for an affordable, clean and comfortable place to rest your head for the night, look no further than this place.

10/10 Exceptional

Basic place to sleep, comfortable and quiet

Perfect for the $$$

If you’re looking for fancy, this is not for you. It suited my needs after traveling 600 miles. I just needed a place to crash. Checkin lady was super sweet. It is a bit noisy.

Nice motel

If you are not looking for a 5 star accommodations but just a place to crash for a night, this is a great motel for the money, friendly staff, fast check in, clean bed and hot shower with nice pressure. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. No frills and slightly aged decor. I only needed a room for a night during a roadtrip from CA to OK, and the location is very convenient when driving on I-40, will use again.

The woman in the reseption was really nice and welcoming! And the rooms are clean and very big and nice for the price! Overall I would highly recommend:)

Super great place for people traveling on a budget! The night clerk was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The rooms are decent size wise, there’s a shower and toilet, and a bed that’s actually comfortable! (There’s even AC units) 10/10 will stay here again when coming through Gallup!

8/10 Very good

It's an adequate place if you're looking for a one or two night stay. It's nothing fancy, but considering the affordable price, it serves its purpose well.

Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff, clean and silent location. Please some more towels.

The location is convenient to I40. The property and room are dated, however very spacious. No vistors allowed and $20 deposit required upon check-in. You get what you pay for.

I booked on line it was 2 times what i thought they charged me 10 bucks for my 2 year old baby 👶

We got charged additional $15 for our chihuahua which I’m not sure if it’s Expedia’s fault per front desk. Normally when it says Pet friendly (such as Motel 6 or Super 8), 1 pet is included. The amenities is very basic and old but wverything is functioning and clean at least.

If you go in expecting luxury, you’ll be very disappointed. If, however, you need a place to sleep/rest with the basic amenities of shower, TV, fridge, and microwave, you’ll love this place for the price. I stayed one night during a trip across the country and it served me well as far providing a place to rest, shower (which I hadn’t done so far during the trip due primarily to sleeping in campgrounds), and watch Sunday Night Football (which I was actually looking forward to).

Not the best

The room was fairly comfortable, but floors and furniture were very dusty. There were not extra towels. We only had three towels for five people. It was clearly an old property but not badly maintained except for cleanliness.

2/10 Poor

Awful. Eerie and my bedding had cigarette burn holes.

Old, Worn Down, but Perfect for me.

Okay I needed a cheap place in Gallup and I have stayed in a few. This one was by far the best. It was old, run-down, faded, old equipment in the bathroom....But it was perfect. It was very clean! It was very good sized for a single, and the people were top-notch. I will return. So if you do not need to impress anyone, this is a great call.

Grateful for a Great spot!

When I arrived, the Lady accommodated my request to check in an hour early for just $5-more. She was kind and gave me a clean quiet room. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable. The door locks could use replacement, but that's the ONLY thing I had a small issue with. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked fine This motel is a GOOD VALUE for the price and is close by shopping and a few restaurants. Even to go to fancier restaurants, was a mere 8 minute drive over the tracks and under a bridge. I WILL return here on my way to and from New Mexico. Ty.💯

6/10 Good

No bathroom door. No light or outlet on one side of the bed. Otherwise good.

2/10 Poor

It was a bad check in at first. Couldn’t locate my reservation. Beds were uncomfortable and I have now have bed bug bites everywhere on me. Loud noises from people up stairs and couldn’t fall asleep from it as well as weird creepy noises coming from the bathroom Had no towels.

I travel regularly to the Navajo Nation to work on solar projects for the Navajo Nation and specifically Navajo Veterans. I usually stay at Red Roof Inn. Since I travel on my own expenses I looked for a less expensive housing opportunity. That is why I chose your facility for my last visit. The receptionist was gruff and unpleasant. The room was almost out of toilet paper. The bed sheets were dirty and stained. The towels were stained and appeared as they were purchased through Goodwill (where I do shop) after they had been through Goodwill multiple times. While I seek to reduce my costs as I visit the Navajo Nation to establish ways to provide solar energy to homes and Hogans (especially to Veterans) I will not use your Inn again. Phil
