"9.9997 rating hahaha. They were amazing. But they didnt turn their jacuzzi up. Nor did they have a refrigerator or microwave, nor did they have a seaker system in the room. With al that (like killer hotels in los angeles) they woukd have scored a perfect 10. But truly, they deserve the 9.99997. Awesome, sweet service, gorgeous hotel, beautiful pool area. They are among the very best. Thank you Casa Kloster! We love you!"

"Terrific hotel offering delicious made-to-order breakfasts and beautiful, spacious rooms and suites. It was too cold to swim but the pool area was beautiful. We had a lovely couples massage. The little gym was convenient but not well kept up. We didn’t have a car and needed to take taxis or Uber rides into town. We walked into town twice but it was far and would be hard to walk back because the hotel is far uphill."

"I came to Las Labrodores, a gated community, to visit a friend who was in a nursing home there. I felt very safe walking from the hotel to the nursing home. The cafe in the complex was convenient and the meals there were good. The hotel room was large and had a kitchen but the kitchen had no lighting and only one pot to use for cooking. "This was the most amazing stay I've had in a long time. Raul was amazing and so helpful the entire time I was there. I ended up staying for eleven days because I enjoyed it so much. When I mentioned that I would like a place to do jigsaw puzzles during my stay, Raul set up a table and a lamp in my cabin.
