All the staff were very friendly, they shared tips about the city with us, the only point is that one day they forgot to clean the room, but other than that everything was very good.

Lovely central room
Fantastic location right in the heart of the city, with the only slight downside being some noise from the nearby restaurants at night, but this was incredibly minor. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing luggage storage and highlighting that we had accidentally left some belongings after we checked out. I would happily stay here again.

Excellent location with great views.
Perfect location overlooking the river. The views were amazing! Close to everything. The room was a good size and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Despite location, the window system blocks out noise from outside. I went for 4/5 for 2 reasons. 1: I found I kept picking up blonde hairs on my socks but I am brunette so the floor must not have been cleaned properly. 2: the shower dripped half the night which disturbed my sleep. Other than that, a really lovely room at a good price with excellent location and views.

This was our favorite place during our trip! The views are unbelievable. The staff was friendly, and we were able to store our luggage while grabbing breakfast after checking out. They called a taxi for us, as well. Excellent location close to everything. We had reservations at Strelec in the castle and this was so convenient to the funicular, as well as walkable after many glasses of wine. We hope to be back!

Great location, staff friendly, comfortable large room! Shared entrance with a hostel which seems to be the main brand. Slight negatives - no room cleaning specifically changing of sheets or towels for a 5 day stay. No iron.

Had a lovely stay at the Kollmann apartments. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. Spacious room with a rather small clean bathroom. 5 stars for the friendly and helpful personel at the lobby! Location is also supercentral, everything you need (shops, restaurants, …) within walking distance.

Kollman Rooms was a perfect choice for visiting Ljubjana! It is not far into the walking city with luggage. The staff are pleasant and helpful and there are many opportunities for eating and shopping nearby. My only difficulty was bringing heavy luggage up two flights without a lift.

Fabulous location if you want to be right in the heart of it, with great bars and restaurants steps away. Because it’s in the pedestrian area you will have to walk to get to it, but it’s a flat easy walk. Rooms are well furnished and quiet despite the hustle and bustle nearby. Highly recommended
