Excellent stay - again
As a family we really like this hotel. It was the location that interested us initially but since then we have visited many time. We turned up this time to a little disappointment in that nearly all the staff we had previously built up lovely relationships had gone and had been replaced. However this disappointment was soon dispelled. All the replacement staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly. A slight negative was the breakfast selection seemed too have reduced slightly, but everything was available on request. The room service was probably as good as we have had and the reception were super helpful in resolving a luggage issue with the airport. Resolved within 24 hours. We will be revisiting the Sheraton Creek Hotel and Towers.

Amazing home away from home
It was an amazing experience staying in this property. I have got the high floor room with an excellent creek view. I am impressed and found this property meeting 100% of my requirements. I have to name the mst important person at reception Ms Apurva who has extended such a loveoy hospitality to me which coincided des with the meaning of her name in our language as AMAZING. I am sure this hotel will be my permanent home in each and every stay in Dubai

Our stay was amazing! We could not have asked for more. In recognition of a milestone birthday, the hotel provided a complimentary room upgrade and various in-room treats. All were very much appreciated. The check in was fast and efficient; the reception and housekeeping staff (Prafull) were fabulous and the location was perfect for access to the airport, the old part of Dubai and to the modern part of the city. Came to Dubai on a 4-day weekend and found this Sheraton perfect for my goals. Location was excellent: not far from Dubai airport, right on Creek with amazing views, within short walking distance of water taxi and major Metro stop (Union). Taxis come right up to door, too, of course. You can stay in the hotel all weekend, if you like, hanging out by the pool, or catch a water taxi to the historic old souq, or go further afield to malls, etc. This grande dame of luxury hotels in Dubai (est. 1975) is still in great condition, on prime real estate, and close to heart of city. It offers great rates for families and weekend tourists - unbelievable value. Staff was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Sheraton Dubai was very comfortable to stay in. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable! The bathroom was nice & a good size. City view was nice. The Lobby pool was colorful. The food places were limited & the nicer malls require you to take a taxi. The Deira Creek offers a view of the waterfront but you need to take a boat to go across the old part of Deira. There are different variety of people around the area that work around the hub. And they usually walk around at night. The staff were nice & friendly; quick in getting my luggage on time. I would rate it more on room comfort as I ventured outside of Deira. Hospitality was a plus.
