Great hotel for a visit to Universal
This is a perfect place to stay for a Universal getaway. The shuttle service makes this an easy and convenient hotel. The fact that the hotel also has an Avis makes it convenient if you need a rental car for a day.

Everything was great
It was fantastic to be able to just park the car, bus to City Walk, boat around to Disney property, wine, dine, shop, and have fun, without driving. This place is on our list of favorites! The food at the resort was excellent. Everyone was so nice and other guests were having fun. The buzz was all positive.

Good but not great
Good but not great. Good facilities although inside most things are payable. There is a game room, but it is paid. Paid breakfast in the hotel restaurant (not included in the reservation). There is a Starbucks inside which is great. There is a smoking area between the lobby and the rooms so walking through that area is unpleasant. It has a large pool for the family (maximum depth 1.2/1.3 mts). Very central if you are going to Universal Studios and Orlando Premium Outlets. Paid parking, it gets quite crowded but we always find parking space. It is a recommended hotel :)
