Poor initial contact - Reception could have been better - they didn’t even know the we had prepaid for the room and charged us 2,300 Euros deposit! It did improve with Marie. The spa and the rooftop pool was good, as was the spa treatment for my wife provided by Pauline. Room was a bit small for the price.

We picked this property for its vicinity to St-Roch station. The rooftop pool was lovely and my partner enjoyed the spa and sauna. The room was very clean. The best thing about this hotel though was that all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating!

This newly renovated hotel is conveniently located, pleasantly decorated and had the best breakfast buffet i’ve seen in France. The 8th floor has a pool, beautiful views and the Vertigo restaurant. Another pool, exercise and spa services is in the lobby floor. Staff is feuendky and helpful.

It is located above a shopping mall, in the centre of Montpellier. Easy access from the mall’s underground parking. Business-orientated hotel, with very good service and an excellent breakfast, with a large variety of tasty food items. Our Superior Room was large, modern, and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for the free bottled water offered. Enjoyable place to explore the city from.

Could not put Air Conditioning on below 20. Breakfast for $90 was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs were not hot and the bacon had an odd taste and smell and it didn’t look good. I had to fill up on toast. We ate out at Chez Alice which was terrific with all local homemade food for the remainder of our trip.

Spectacular views from the hotel rooftop!

Un peu excentré, piscine pas chauffée, pas de transat autour, déco des chambre assez lambda, carte du restaurant pas fou, petit-dej sympa mais pas enthousiasmant outre-mesure, déco globale de l’hôtel sans grand charme… Je n’y retournerai pas, on doit pouvoir trouver mieux.

Au moment de la réservation, nous n’avons pas été prévenus que la chambre donnait sur la voie du tramway ainsi que sur les poubelles de l’hôtel. Le double vitrage n’était pas suffisant pour nous éviter les désagréments du bruit et bien que nous ayons demandé une chambre moins bruyante donnant sur l’autre côté de l’hôtel on nous a maintenus dans la même chambre pendant les 4 nuits de notre séjour.
