Pleasantly surprised. Building is older but lots of upgrades have been done. Clean. Super friendly staff. Only issue was hair dryer didn't work and we did have some ants in the kitchen. Overall, would stay again. Convenient location and lots of parking and had enjoyed the oceanfront balcony.

Excellent location, right on the boardwalk but not on the busiest part of it at the same time, so the hotel is in very close proximity of restaurants, shops, amusement parks etc however is still in pretty quiet corner. Great beach! Property a bit dated but has everything you need to have a wonderful stay.
