Good location
There is literally a bed and bathroom and a table. So dont expect a fridge, phone, or closet.

Parking and Electronics in Room
One thing to note. Its a mininalist experience which I didnt realize so there is no TV or anything that would plug into the walls except lights for the room. No coffee maker or anything. There is a lounge on the second floor you can use that has all that but you are grouped with other people. Might not be for you. Didnt bother us because we want to get the Charlottetown experience not a hotel experience. Also no parking service or parking at all through Arts Hotel. That being said there is a parkade right beside the building free on weekends and 8.75 on weekdays. Which i thought is better than most hotels if they offered parking.

Good
Stayed for two nights. Basic room with no amenities. Great location for exploring downtown area walking. Parked at metered spot in front of hotel, overnight no charge. Room was a bit small but clean and comfy. Would stay again.

Very disappointing with construction noise which mgmt aware of. Pet friendly with room change needed for barking noise. Also on top of large music venue / no tv’s in room. Common space available with people( guests?) engaged in intimacy so couldn’t use the space either. Would definitely NOT return.

6/10 Good

The property itself was fine and as advertised. Low amenities but they tell you that up front, happy with the overall stay. However, it was a little annoying that upon check-in, the staff said they consider themselves a "night hotel" and there may be noise until 2am due to the bar on the 1st floor. It felt like an excuse made up because they just didn't take steps to soundproof the rooms at all. I was on the 3rd floor and could make out music. I don't have trouble sleeping through that but light sleepers or people who need a good night's sleep may not want to stay here.

I didn't read the original description about no tv in the room. The first time I have ever seen this in any hotel etc. Suits younger clientele - not these two old peeps! Otherwise friendly, convenient and clean

They wait till you check in that the room is basically just a bed and washroom- no tv, fridge, coffee maker, etc. loud hotel to stay in.

Clean, cozy and friendly staff.
I found the desk very busy during check in and had to wait. Also hard to get in entrance as busy spot downtown. But the staff was friendly and the room was bare but clean and very comfortable bed.
