Budget hotel
I stayed 6nights and it was ok for the price and since am out until 8-9pm everyday. My room was upgraded to a family room which I didn’t really need as I was solo. I should have asked to move to a double room as it became very noisy with kids running around , screaming, banging on walls and slamming doors in the middle of the night or early mornings. A few days I had to wake up at midnight or at 1-2am due to loud noise on the hallway and doors slammed. My room is very outdated and old. The A/C or heater does not work and makes so much noise. Strong unpleasant smell in the lobby. Staff are mostly nice and helpful. A good place to stay if you are on a budget and only need a place to sleep after a long day. Near bus stops and tube station.

One night stay before a holiday flight. Room and bathroom small but comfortable. Above average food but limited bar style dinner menu. Check in slow. No room in luggage room for my case. Key didnt work on my room door so had to go back to reception. Staff reasonably friendly with the odd grumpy face. Its all in the detail.

Low price, lower quality!
Check in process was ok, until we got up to the door of our room and the keycard didn’t work! Decor was tired, run down and looked borderline dirty (probably through age) in the corridors. Quality of the room was low. Sheets only covered the mattress topper, bed was uncomfortable and the room was noisy. Bathroom was probably the best part of the room. No issues there. This place resembles a hostel rather than an ibis hotel.
