The staff were very helpful, and the location is very convenient. My major objection to the hotel is that the rooms are very noisy because it's in a major shopping and entertainment district and if your room faces the street, you hear everything well past 2 am.

Close to everything!!
Great place to stay with excellent restaurants all around. Close to shopping, the cathedral and the Alhambra. Reception staff were super helpful and gave great suggestions on where to eat. Quiet at night - some work being done right across the road, but only one day of construction noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stop if only spending 2 days in Granada
Hotel is really well positioned for all the major attractions of Granada, but finding it when driving is a nightmare. Take the train then get a taxi. Room was large, clean and reasonably fresh. We had a junior suite with a balcony. Don't be fooled by the 'balcony". There's no view other than the building opposite.

Good location but our room overlooking a street with cafes and bars was very noisy. Breakfast is ok good coffee machine but for some reason the pastries/ croissants every morning were either overcooked or old couldn’t tell. Some cheese and ham but no hot items.
