Unthankful at Thanksgiving!
There were too many things wrong with this hotel! The hotel is dated. There was only one lamp in one of my rooms, no waste basket in the bathroom, the shower rod was hanging off the wall wasn't sure if it was going to stay in place the time we were there. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The remote was extremely difficult to change channels, I booked two rooms but only received points for one because I booked it under someone else's name, even though I paid for them both on the same bill. I booked two rooms and one was on the third floor and the other on the second floor. If I booked two rooms together I probably want them in close proximity. The list goes on!

Didn't live up to three stars.
Mold on the ceiling,mold around the tub, tub has been cleaned with a spray and a cloth and old dirt is stuck all over the tub. Under the sink is a shelf and under that looks as though it's never been cleaned, which was discovered after dropping something and having to pull it out from under. Big stain on the carpet. Ice Maker doesn't work on 2nd floor. Our refrigerator doesn't work. It was unplugged and when we plugged it in, it made a lot of noise a refrigerator should not make, plus some part was sticking way out of the back. We decided our drinks should remain room temperature and unplugged it again.

Terrible cleaning staff
The room was not cleaned properly. We found an opened Pepsi bottle on the floor by the window, food on the floor in two places and, worst of all, dirty in the bed which indicates the sheets were not changed. We didn’t realize the sheets were dirty until the morning of checkout or I would have insisted on a new room. My wife suspected the sheets were unchanged but I doubted her. We confirmed it Sunday morning by stripping the bed and found food crumbs at the foot of the bed, My wife said we should complain and ask for a refund but I don’t like doing that so I simply notified the girl at the front desk on my way out.

The property front is lovely with the flowers, but the building needs some love. The floors are dirty and the carpets are stained - though the pool looked well maintained. Rooms need general maintenance badly. But primarialy, I did not feel safe. There was literally a man sitting in a white van in the parking lot for the 2 hours I was there. I asked if there had been break-ins and was told yes, but the cameras are working now. I forfeited the $100 and left.
