Beautiful hotel, remodeled and well kept only a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach, it's very clean, very neat and everything is very modern, overall we like it! the only thing was that they only left a little one pack of shampoo and soap for a room for 2 people, so we literally had to water it down just to have enough, other than than I would give it 5 stars

Please avoid this hotel. Clogged sink, shower not very accessible, toilet where you can't throw toilet paper, bar always closed, the free breakfast is a joke, the don't even have the plastic cups for the juice, poor cleaning, poor everything.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. There was coffee in the morning which was great for me. Quiet and felt safe in the area. One block from the beach. They offer beach chairs and towels. No issues except the elevator was out of service, and luckily we only had one flight.

We had an amazing stay at Secret Garden Miami! It’s not your typical hotel, but that’s what made it so special. The place feels like a home away from home, and the personalized touches were fantastic. The best part? It’s literally a 3-minute walk to the beach! They also have a beach guide who hooked us up with a great deal on beach chairs and an umbrella set, making our beach days super comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing stay near the ocean!

Cheap place, poor service
In general the place was poorly serviced. They are under staffed and need better management. It's loud, car horns until 3 am each night can be heard clearly through the single pane glass. No safe in my room as promised. No batteries in the TV remote, no way I'm booking this place again. Hit up the CVS a block away if you take a chance here, you'll need things like paper towels and soap since they skimp on it all.

I arrived in the afternoon and got charged an early check in fee despite the room being made up and sitting there empty (so just a blatant money grab) plus was then tagged an Expedia service fee so in the end the room rate wasn't so great. No towels in the room once I got there & the bath / shower when I used it leaked so much you have to the cover the floor in towels (once you get them) to soak up all the water. Just a crazy set up for the sink & bath tub.

Nice place, convenient location.
Nice hotel. Breakfast starts and ends early so make sure if you want to grab a bite, head down before 10. Clean, convenient, parking is a nightmare but that’s status quo for Miami. Would visit again.

No trash bag, no extra towels and when we asked for trash bag, the lady at the front desk was telling us we have to wait till the morning. That’s disappointing. Also, the property isn’t safe. They let people in without IDs to show they stay in the hotel. That’s unprofessional and it’s just not safe. Get a better hotel and spend that extra money for your own safely.

Bad experience!
We stayed at the hotel for three days, the female receptionist at the entrance had bad communication, when we first entered the room we reported that the trash was full and had not been cleaned, she asked us to send an e-mail, we sent a video, neither the box we reported nor the room were cleaned for 3 days. Not even the towels were changed. On the morning of the second day we heard a hotel employee yelling at another customer about taking too much eggs and bread. Breakfast was included but we did not have any breakfast at the hotel because there was nothing only bread, eggs and dessert. There was no hair dryer in the rooms, when we asked at the reception she said we had to give our credit card or passport, when I asked why I would give you my credit card for a hair dryer she said their manager wanted it that way. We definitely do not recommend this uninterested, unclean hotel.
