Cumbersome Customer Service
It was strange in that it felt like a hotel within another hotel. I thought the check-in process was cumbersome. Had to provide all my details and copy of passport or license online and this was REQUIRED. Then I got to the property and tried front desk like you would any other property to get my keys and parking pass and was told that because I am from “Sonder” that check in was done exclusively online and that I needed to find my code. And that if I needed anything, I needed to communicate directly through the app the same way I checked in. One night later I went downstairs again to inquire about extending my stay and was told again I needed to contact “Sonder” on the app because they couldn’t help me. I thought the whole thing was so weird. Won’t be returning. Rooms were nice though. I didn’t have any bug or roach issues like the other reviews say.
