An enjoyable stay.
Our stay at Place d'Armes was very enjoyable. The staff was helpful, friendly, and polite. We stayed in one of the Penthouse suites, which, while sparsely decorated, was very comfortable, open, full of natural light, and clean. The location is convenient to many local attractions. We'd happily stay there again when visiting Montreal.

Best part of my trip to Montreal
I was upgraded from superior room to junior suite and it was AMAZING. Room was stunning and comfortable. Concierge sent up cookies. Housekeeping kept me supplied with bottled waters and holiday chocolates. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Concierge helped with dinner reservations. I would return to Montreal just to stay at this hotel.

Dont buy the hop-on-off bus
Great location to old town, metro and hop-on-off bus. Concierge screwed up by selling me the 2-day hop-on-off bus but no buses on the 2nd day. Nice touch to have coffee and infused water.

My husband had to come to Montreal for a 4 day convention. I decided to tag along to relax in a nice hotel. Best stay ever. Both restaurants amazing especially the Japanese’s restaurant. Treated myself to a spa day. Unreal. The room was clean and spacious. The shower head in the bathroom a dream. Cannot wait for the days to open up Nov 2025. Rebooking again.
