If you are interested in staying in Seogwipo (which is the less touristy city in Jeju Island), then this could be a decent option for you. The room was affordable, and it was conveniently located near several attractions, principally the Seogwipo Olle Market and the nearby waterfall and harbor. It is hard to complain too much when you spend about $75 USD on a room per night. Also, they offer karaoke rooms for free, which are super fun.
If we were to complain, there would be a couple areas of improvement for the hotel. First, some of the staff were not so friendly (while others were very friendly). For example, when you enter the hotel, some of the less-friendly staff would not greet you. In our experience, this is not typical for a hotel. Second, the bathroom in our room smelled of urine the whole time, even after the housekeeping staff cleaned our room a couple times (and I also cleaned the base of the toilet myself but was unable to eradicate the urine smell). Additionally, we noticed a couple stains on our sheets.
FYI: if this is important to you, the hotel is next door to a "young missy room". We did not notice any explicitly lewd behavior occurring in front of the "young missy room", and there are several such business around the city. It is obviously not the hotel's fault to be next door to such an establishment, but this could be important for you.
