SPA Las Américas has 3 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa. Other services include facials, body scrubs and body treatments. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub and Turkish bath/hammam. Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa. There are hot springs/mineral springs on site.

This is one of the coolest properties in CARTAGENA all the rooms have balconies. The food in the buffets is great all of it. There’s three maybe four sets of pools depending upon how you look at it safe security tight you don’t go out on the beach at night however, during the day it’s great. The beach is huge. The waves in the water usually calm. anything you need there’s plenty of staff here they’re pretty quick.

Recommended place to use for relax and have a good time. I was with my wife and we enjoyed the time for the beach in front, the possibilities to select a restaurant, the hotel has different restaurants, with different menu and ambients. We enjoy our time in the hotel and the Cartagena city.

This hotel is falling apart! First room we got the AC stop working in the middle of the night, it was close to the pool so we had to listen to loud Karaoke night till 10 pm and then wake up with the airplanes flying out at 5 am. Balcony door was broken as well. So, they changed us to a great room, AC working perfect and great location, until it started raining and we had a roof leak and all our shoes got soaked. They tolda us after a couple of hours that it wasnt repairable and we had to move again to another room. We were tired so we decided to stay in the leak room since it was our las night which completly regret because first thing in the morning i found a dead Cockroach next to my bed! Thats when we finally packed all our belongings and left. The food is average and super expensive, service is horrible. Breakfast was good. The pools are nice and clean but overcrowded. If you want to go to the beach you have pay for chairs and umbrella and eventhough you are set in the hotel area theres a bunch of pushy people trying to sell u stuff and do massage. I used to come to this hotel all the time but this was def my last time. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!
