All the staff were fantastic! location was perfect- super close to the airport. View from the room was beautiful. rooftop and pool were stunning. ONLY issue was the shower- it was a handicap room and the shower was wheelchair accessible which we did not need but it was a nice size. however, the shower head made a huge mess and water was everywhere. there was no shower door so after every shower we had to clean the bathrooms ourselves with multiple towels. it was a mess. they said they were sold out and could not move us.

Breakfast was always delicious!! Staff, Gaila and Kira were always very helpful and had a smile. Down side was room was humid and not the cleanest. Bathroom were small and plumbing was an issue.

The property is OK, and the rooms are fine. Also most of the people were great, specially the big guy at the parking area, very helpful, friendly, and willing to help. Also the guys and girls at the restaurant were great. The person at the front desk what did our check in wasn't as good, a bit rude and not willing to help a lot. The worse part is the area surrounding the hotel. It is not a clean and friendly area for tourists. There are garages, old abandoned and not abandoned houses, and almost no good restaurants or places to walk safely.

The room walls were dirty and not fully painted. The bathroom was the most uncomfortable bathroom I’ve been my mom had a handicapped room and the bathroom would get all wet and didnt even have a handicapped chair. If the hotel didn’t have a handicapped room then you should say so instead of saying yes and the water was cold. The only good in that hotel was the food but otherwise I wont be staying there again
