The location was excellent. Right next to the train station, shops and restaurants. The hotel was large, clean and pretty. Unfortunately it was cold. They said they don’t turn on the heat yet and there aren’t room controls so they gave us an extra blanket. We only picked this hotel because it was advertised as having a hot tub (picture shown too). After days of walking in cold and rain we decided to pay the extra cost of a hotel withthis item. Yet when we arrived we were told the hot tub was stopped during covid and discontinued. I doubled checked when we went up to our room and the photo and item was listed as available just to be sure it wasn’t a mistake on my end.

Perhaps a language barrier but the young woman who checked us in was rude at every encounter. This is a 3 star hotel at best. Elevator didnt go to our room, which was unbearbly hot. Hallways and stairs were dirty. Mini fridge not stocked. Full ashtray on balcony.

Sauna great but slightly dated hotel.
This is a four star hotel and the staff are helpful. The rooms and the hotel are a little dated so for the money I was a bit surprised but it's an expensive town / the sauna was fantastic and the breakfasts were medium. Overall ok for the money but maybe needs an update

Very friendly and helpful staff. I inadvertently booked the wrong date and the young gentleman at the front desk was willingly helpful and booked us a family room for the one night accomodation. He went above and beyond helping me with the situation. Hotel location, parking and dining options are superb. Breakfast was excellent.
