Perfect location.
Perfect for our needs. Staff was friendly & efficient. Rooms clean. Has a nice indoor pool. Included a delicious breakfast. Located near many stores & restaurants within minutes from family we came to visit.

Bedbugs horrible management!!
I regret getting this hotel. So first night when I got there the young lady said that they had no rooms even though I already checked in. Because apparently housekeeping didn't do their job. So it took her 2 hours to clean my room and some other rooms. Finally got my room want to sleep woke up to bed bugs. Asked to speak to the manager the next morning no one helped me. Called corporate they went ahead and reached out to the business and supposedly someone was in contact me. No one called me on first day because supposedly everyone was sick. Next day I complained again to the front desk and they said the manager was sick and they didn't know anyonen above him. I called corporate again because this is ridiculous - sleeping with bed bugs. I got a call 3 hours later from the front desk saying the owner called and they are kicking me out and all of my things would be downstairs because I called corporate without a refund. I have to leave for my work event - convention - to go get my things. No one called me even though they said they did or they called the room. I'm not in the room. I was out all day from 7:00 in the morning till 9:00 p.m. at night that's why I told him to call me. This has been the worst experience ever and I've been to Chattanooga nine different times for business. No one called no email no nothing but they sat there and lied saying that they called and that I denied moving to a new room. I have all the pictures screenshots of everything NO ONE EVER CALLED!!

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. During our week long stay, we were only able to use the pool 2 days. All of the other days, the pool was closed. When questioned, we were told they were not able to regulate the chemicals. Each day we would see them dumping huge amounts of chemicals ibto the pool.
In the lobby there is a small coffe/water bar. The manager scolded us multiple times for using a paper coffee cup for water.
Evening front desk employees were very rude. They would sit in the lobby at a tavle watching their phine and eating snacks. If you needed anything, they acted very bothered to have to get uo.

Not a great experience
Paid for my room several weeks in advance. Called the day of and told them we would be doing a late check-in. Checked around midnight, recieved a room key and room number. Go up to the room and the key doesn’t work. After a few tries, people come to the door! Go back downstairs to tell the desk employee that there is already someone in the room. The desk employee was very kind and apologetic. He began looking to see if there was another room to suit us ( 2 adults and 3 teenagers). We were tired after a full day of traveling and band competition. They didn’t have a room that we could all stay in. The employee went and checked a couple of vacant rooms to make sure they were clean. Ended up separating us and putting us in two rooms. It was better than having no where to sleep but we had packed one bag so had to separate everyone’s clothes and items out. It was around 1 in the morning before we got into rooms and situated. The elevator sounds like it needs some maintenance. It sounded horrible the first time we rode it up. Truthfully thought it was going to quit and we were going to be stuck. The light by the door in room 301 would not turn off so the two of us that were in that room got almost no sleep. Just not a great experience and would not stay there again. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Staff and facility were clean, efficient and quiet. Pool area was clean and inviting. The bathroom had a simple accent wall and light/mirror that made the kids happy. The only complaint is that the location is somewhat hidden behind a drive behind some kind of other businesses, so it's a little weird getting to and sitting back behind some kind of manufacturing company(ies).
