I had to pay twice, I had a reservation online and had to pay cash as well so when I did I ask for the refund they said they are not the one in charge of the refund and they can not cancel the double reservation. It’s a disaster and really frustrating and the staff are really far away from understanding what a good customer service is. I asked if I can talk to their manager, the ladies said that he doses not talk to the customer. I really advise the people in charge of this hotel to give another formation to the ladies responsible for check in. For all the people coming to this hotel please find another one its better for you

Relax Hotel: Convenient for its purpose
The hotel is convenient for its purpose, but the desk receptionists are either overwhelmed or incapable of multi-tasking. They forgot to do a wake-up call as verbally requested and had trouble putting a phone call through to the room, citing privacy.

Needs some improvement
Hi There was no carpet in the room, even they say it's 4 stars. Guests above my room when they drag something it makes a horrible noise. For two people there was one medium bath towel each which it was not enough for two showers. Tv remote was dead. I had to call for a new one. It should be checked daily. Light stand switch was high to reach. I tried to fix my alarm set via phone by dialing *550، it did not work.the room was under my name and they asked to get my daughter's. At check in, the manger asked me to pay for the room even if was paid few days before. The check in needs to be worked on a lot, and make it easier for guests

Extremely friendly staff, especially Omar the doorman. Expect slow checking in, time moves very slowly in Morocco. I gave one star to the comfort question, because I couldn’t sleep due to the loud humming coming from the roof, which was affecting the 4th floor. The humming continued despite changing rooms. I can’t emphasised enough how friendly the staff at Relax are.

Room was clean and nitty, fair space, water and sweets as welcome. Airport transfer every 30 minutes is on time and super easy to take, no need to book. The neighborhood has small fast food restaurant, supermarket and cafes to get food, beside the hotel restaurant.
