Lillian- worst manager you ever met.
Lillian is a nasty woman. She did not recall the details of a conversation we had a week prior to our arrival. She told me on the phone one thing and in person said something different. She had no interest in letting you speak or helping. White women like her are a danger to society. She is a racist who thinks people of color have attitude. When trying to be firm with her, she became hyper sensitive and turned us away. I feel bad for any people of color who have to interact with her. Her heart is full of hate. She is a danger to the hotel and should not be allowed to work anymore. Please fire her or allow her to retire. She is insane.

Great except breakfast
The breakfast was not great but the room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and had lots of pillows. If you’re a wanting an amazing breakfast in the morning this place is not for you.

This hotel looks completely different in person. The ad is not accurately showing the hotel and environment. When you get there, you go through a some dirty areas with shopping buggies everywhere. When you get in, it looks ok then you get on the elevator. The elevator shakes as the doors close and has a dengy smell. When you get in the room, it is outdated. The air condition was super loud at night and squealed. The main down light flickered in the bathroom and at night you can hear the exhaust vent opening and closing. The power also went out for a while and no compensation for the time was offered. The only perks were the free breakfast and lots of shower pressure.
