Experiência ruim.
Me hospedei na unidade 2107, do quarto se ouvia uma ruído no forro que foi impossível dormir, reclamei, porém não foi resolvido, basicamente uma noite em claro. Já me hospedei dezenas de vezes nesse hotel, de manhã eu e minha esposa saímos para trabalhar, não conseguimos chegar até às 12h para o check out, chegamos às 14h, mas a gerência do hotel não concedeu nenhuma cortesia, tivemos que pagar outra estadia, inclusive do estacionamento, por nossas malas ter ficado 2,5 horas a mais no quarto. O café da manhã, nunca a atendente do omelete está no local, a três hospedagens que não não consigo o omelete. Estão no direito deles, mas não volto mais.

Absurdo
Fiz o pagamento antecipado e tivemos um problema no voo de grarulhos. Tivemos que ficar no aeroporto por 1 dia. Quando chegamos no hotel avisaram que nosso quarto não estava disponível, pois eles haviam vendido para outro hóspede, alegaram que deu “no show” sendo que tínhamos pago antecipadamente 2 diárias. E os mesmos avisaram que a 2 diária tbm n seria reembolsada. Um completo absurdo.

O quarto do hotel não era como o que vimos na foto. As 22:10 tentamos um room service e não foi possível tivemos que pedir um iFood . No dia seguinte no café da manhã às mesas estavam todas sujas e os funcionários todos conversando sem mostrar interesse em limpá-los para os próximos hóspedes . A impressão das comidas no café da manhã não eram boas, e o local tinha aspecto de sujo. Estávamos em mais pessoas , e todas com a mesma impressão . O hotel tem uma ótima localização .
