Stay was very good. Beautiful beach you can swim and snorkel. I am worry due I was charged usd 1000 for deposit at check in. But when check out peiple at front desk did not refund inmediatedly. They say they will write when refund is done. I wrote an email and have not receive answer. It is important to refund deposit. They charge your card with your consume additional to the deposit.

In mid August we stayed for a week at the Kimpton Grand Roatan. It was a beautiful building with a beautiful waterfront and beautiful staff. We snorkeled daily along the reef. Shout out to Mitzi at the front desk, Caesar at Sea Cat, Witsell during Social Hour and the gentleman at the pool and waterfront - August, Byron and Edward. The property is very beautiful and right in front f the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are able to come visit. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They assisted with receiving our luggage from Sosa Airlines. A big thank you to Mitzy at the front desk who helped us get our lost luggage. My only recommendation is for the prices to be a little lower so other people can have this grand experience. Besides that I highly suggest to try this Resort.

The food was to die for and the beach area was out of this world. The red snapper was really prepare to perfection. This is just my opinion coming from a business standpoint, this should be an all inclusive hotel. Overall the staff is really nice and helpful.

The kimpton is a must stay!
Our stay at the kimpton was amazing. Clean, beautiful resort, friendly staff. Fabio one of the staff members there at the bar by the beach went above and beyond. His service and hospitality was greatly appreciated and did not go unrecognized. He was waiting by the shore while we were frolicking in the beach to give us our drinks when we didnt even ask for it and we were greatly suprised and of course accepted it! The kimpton resort is one of the best resorts and cleanest that we have been to. And we will definitely be back! We love the nature feel and all around hospitality ♡ thank you!
