Poor quality
Dreams Jade Resort in Mexico has some positives, including nice facilities, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful beach. However, the all-inclusive experience is a major letdown. The food is practically inedible, drinks are made with bottom-shelf liquor, and the service is consistently poor. The Preferred Club adds no meaningful value and isn’t worth the extra cost. While the setting is lovely, the overall experience falls very short of expectations. Avoid.

My wife and I loved our stay here! We came for a wedding, and every part of the stay from check in to check out was incredible. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the resort itself was beautiful, and views were stunning. Lots of dining options and variety (including the best fish tacos I’ve had). Cannot say enough good things about the place.

A very nice resort
The resort was wonderful. The food was fantastic and the bars were well stocked. We would absolutely go and stay there again. The reason that I gave the resort 4 stars is because the wording of the room description is deceiving. We stayed in a Preferred Club Ocean View room. - the description says that you will get a free spa treatment per person - you will not get this. We asked a few times and the best info we ever received was that you could potentially get a 10 minute chair massage then they stopped talking about that and it never happened. - the part that says you will receive $200 credit to use at the resort - absolutely not. You will receive "$200" worth of discounts. The discounts were on spa, special meals, and potentially wine. I even brought this issue up to the staff and it was completely dismissed because they know that it's misleading. Again, overall the resort was great. I just wanted to clear that up for anyone.

Food options in the carnival cafe could be a tad bit better (some stuff needs to be cooked a lil longer or fresher and the chefs tables could use people who can speak/understand english better). “Ocean front” is a stretch. Patios face in towards to courtyard so you have to lean out to see it. Room was like an INFERNO. we literally slept 2 hours because it would not cool past 25c or 77f. Sounded like drums playing all morning due to some type of construction. Room service picks up in the middle of the night and clangs the dishes around which echos straight into your room. Got a massage which was great except it was $300 and the fire alarm went off at the end. Also is not “all inclusive”, I asked for a Sapporo and it was $15.

My husband and I visited this resort for the first time, the property grounds are beautiful, the rooms need a little work. We were in the preferred building #7 and felt like the rooms need a little TLC, the tv in the living room was not working properly and the phone in the bedroom had no service. We spent most of our time in the pool and outside that unfortunately we did not realize these things in the room were not working until our last night at the resort. Our waiter Ricardo at Tamarindo restaurant was super friendly and attentive to our needs during our dinner, Edison and Alan at the all adults pool bar provided a wonderful service, they were super friendly and suggested delicious drinks. The staff at the buffet were also very nice. Overall we had an amazing time at this resort.
