Beautiful and clean
I checked in for NYE with some friends and had the best stay. Our room had two queen beds and two bunk beds and so we were all able to stay together. I was even able to bring my dog who had a lot of fun. The lobby and rooms are beautiful and luxurious.

So disappointed
Our room was far from acceptable. The sheets were torn. Only one pillow for the fold out bed, no blanket for the fold out. The door would not close unless you lifted it. The was a hole in the closet door that was poorly patched. The shower leaked all over the the bathroom floor. There were plastic cups, which is just unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. And definitely not eco friendly. Overall, our experience was very disappointing and we will not be visiting this location again.

Love this hotel.
This is my third or fourth time staying here for a short getaway and we love it every time. We always get the spa King room for the jacuzzi tub, it’s so relaxing. I love the happy hour wine, and drinks they offer at the bar. Service is amazing. Front desk agent texted to ask if I received my bath salts, and said no, so a short 10 minutes later they came up with a free bottle of wine apologizing because they were out of bath salts. 10/10 highly recommend.

not what I expected from the kimpton brand
We arrived and was told by the valet they could not park our vehicle (standard F150), so we had to park elsewhere. we also had prepaid for the valet parking. The restaurant was overwhelmed, no room service. We were given the option to have breakfast comped, but had to leave before breakfast was served. Will never return.

Don’t stay here. Find a cheaper hotel
Place look amazing but that’s about all it got going. There’s no parking. Either have to pay $50 for valet or park in public parking for $35. Also. Ac did work in our room. It kept changing temp. Then tv keep changing channels so we couldn’t watch tv. We called down to desk twice for blankets and never received them. When checking out we voiced our concerns and the girl at front desk just said to us “you’re all set. Have a great day.”

Location is everything!
Perfect location for the nights event. Literally walked about 2 blocks to the CFG Arena for a concert. The harbor and shops were a few blocks away as well. I was able to call down for a microwave and bath robes that were delivered to the room. Great place for an overnight stay for date night/weekend or girls night out.
