We enjoyed our stay at the SB hotel. This is a fairly new hotel and you can tell. It was very nice, clean and the staff was very pleasant. The only downside to the stay was the fact that there was no full body mirror, the water didn’t get hot, only warm but the pressure was fantastic and there was only one operating elevator which made the travel up to our room longer than normal. Nonetheless, the stay was still good and I would stay again.

The hotels fail to provide parking I have to leave my rental 3 blocks away , I asked if there is a shuttle to go to the airport for a future reservation and the say yes to go to the airport but not for pick up . When I was leaving I asked if there was a way to height my luggage and I was told no . I believe these is basic service that a hotel must provide .

It’s a very new beautiful hotel. The room I was staying in had a glass box sitting area that it felt like you were sitting outside I loved sitting there in the evening go unwind after a long day of exploring. The hotel had an amazing pool on the roof top it was so because to relax and see the city. The stuff were amazing I asked if I could switch room as there was a slight pipe she offered me another room immediately. I liked my old room before so let me stay in the original room had which was very kind of her. I did think the breakfast was good but lacked vegan options so I wouldn’t pay extra for it again. It is slightly far from the centre but easy to take a taxi around

I had originally booked a queen bed room for my partner and I. Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, we were given a twin bed room. l I explained to the receptionist including an Expedia representative that throughout the booking process and in the booking confirmation email, it indicated that we had booked a queen bed room, I was informed that the room choice wasn’t guaranteed and it was down to the hotel’s availability. This wasn’t indicated at all throughout the booking process as if it was I would have happily paid the extra fee to have a room that was guaranteed to come with a queen or double bed. The hotel was also far from a lot of the tourist attractions but was closer to the airport. Trying to use public transport to get into the city was at least an hour and a bit, using taxis or Uber was between 20-30 euros one-way, so bear this in mind if you’re looking to stay here. The TVs in the room also had an issue so we couldn’t use that too.
