MOLTEN LAVA HOT SHOWER

TV didnt work - No Signal. The shower was dreadful - I actually scaleded my wrist. Only one setting - Hot as the Sun. I needed that shower as s i had an important medical issue but it fried my head. An awful experience. I will be demanding a full refund

The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were great.If you are expecting the Hilton you will be disappointed. Good price for the night, clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff. The only problem was there was no one on reception at 7.40pm. A note was left on the desk, asking customers to ring a mobile number. But as a person who had just arrived from abroad and didnt have a UK mobile phone couldn’t ring the number. Luckily another customer who was also waiting and had a UK mobile phone, rang the number for me.
