This hotel closes at 11pm, so they called me shortly after i made the reservation, about 5 minutes before 11 to inform me they wanted to cancel. He was very annoyed that i asked him to for 3 minutes because we were about to pull in.

Good room smelled outside my room like weed but not inside. The hotel says there was BBQ but there was not. Everything else was good for the price

On arrival there was a big pile of trash next to the side door that leads to the rooms. I had booked this room in advance so check in would go smooth, but when I arrived room was not ready. After staying two weeks my reservation had came to an end, so I attempted to pay for one more night and there internet was not working. Had to pay in cash only, will not be staying in this place again. But in a good note staff did do a good job.

My room was roach infested and dirty. I killed at least 6 roaches within the first hour of being in the room. The office phone did not work due to being pulled out of the wall. The kitchenette has no microwave . My shower water was so hot i couldn’t stay in for long. Everything in that room was dirty. Towels had stains and so did the blankets. Mind you at check in, the staff said “ I went to the room to make sure everything was working and clean.” There’s no way that was true. The photos are definitely not the reality.

Advertised as kitchenettes, but there’s no dishes when I asked the front desk clerk why he said it was because of Covid. I went and bought a few groceries so I had to go get plates, bowls, and glasses for drinks because there was none. The kitchen lights did not work. The lights above the bed did not work. There was no working coffee pot in the room and my room flooded. I woke up to an inch water everywhere I went to the front desk to let them know and all she said was here put these towels down. I’ll get maintenance maintenance never showed up when I got back from work the next evening, the towels were still there and had anyone come in my room to check on anything.

The bathroom had black mold and the shower handle fell off in my hand and had black mold behind it . The sugar and spoon packet they had for your coffee had mold in it . There was no wash cloths and the ones they brought us looked they used them for grease rags to work on their car . The coffee pot was broke and the one they brought to replace it was also broke . The last few times we have went through Expedia the motels have been horrible dirty .
