Beautiful Waterfront Resort, Warm, Welcoming Staff
We had a wonderful stay at Saybrook Point. The staff could not have been warmer or more welcoming. They quickly responded to and addressed a heating issue in the first room we were in and upgraded us to a beautiful room where the heating worked great. We enjoyed the steam room and dry sauna. The hot tub could have been hotter. Gerard was a standout team member. He was friendly and super helpful and made us great fires in our room every night. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed time in the Choo Choo lounge. We’ll be back!

Wonderful pre-Xmas stay
Amazing experience. Kind and attentive service from check in to check out. Large, clean rooms, tastefully decorated, many with working fireplaces. We used the sauna, stream and outdoor pool, which was at perfect temperature even though it was 15 degrees outside. Fresh Salt restaurant is among the best in the area with a solid regional menu. We had a great time and will come back when visiting family in the area.

Wonderful place--pool, hot tub great, steam room too hot! King deluxe with balcony room was luxurious, food was fabulous in the Salt restaurant. The bathroom was sparkling clean!! They should stock cottonelle toilet tissue, for a luxury hotel the one they stocked, even though 2 ply, was translucent, and not soft.
