Not suitable for allergy sufferers.
I’m still awaiting a refund for my last night stay as I had to leave the hotel early due to lack of care in the restraint following my allergies. I told them at the reception and even told the staff when ordering and I still was given food with things I’m allergic to. My throat swelled up from this and they tried to explain that I should show a card to explain my allergy every time I go to the Restraunt?
And the mango juice was heavily diluted. I wanted fresh squeezed juice and they didn’t give it.
Other than this a generally nice hotel to stay.
I will give a better review if and when I get my refund back which the management have emailed me to state is processing but also it doesn’t say on this app that it is being processed? They also said 45 days for a refund to be applied which makes me believe they say this so it’s too late to give a bad review… not too late for me though.
