Amazing Resort
The Beach Haus Resort was one of the highlights of our trip to Traverse City. The room was clean and updated. The beach area was wonderful, and although it was much too cold to take a swim, watching the sunset was amazing. The staff was amazing, and we would go back just to visit them. The freshly baked chocolate chip cookies every night were so good. I HIGHLY recommend the Beach Haus Resort!

We were extremely satisfied with the room condition, cleanliness, location, friendly service at arrival and throughout our stay. Beautiful lakeside setting and great view. The weather did not allow us to use the beach and water, but perhaps on another visit. The front desk personnel were great and provided us with a main floor room when we requested no stairs. Our stay could not have been better.

I would not get Rm 116 again. People using the ice machine let us up and when our curtains are open, people in the common area can see into our room. Housekeeping should have caught the fact that our toilet seat was completely unattached on the one side and a request should have been sent to maintenance.
