The bathrooms were nice and clean. Toilet paper rolls were awful. Would not easily turn. Hot tub jets were down. Kind of bummer. Read fine print for FREE Noah’s ark water park passes. It was very deceiving. I chose a cabin for a specific reason to get free passes and it was to there water park not Noah’s ark! They were accommodating helping me get a discount even though they should have been free.

The house was a good size but needs a lot of updates. For the price we were very disappointed There was not a lot to do. Had to make big deposit. Waiting to get it back. There were several things wrong in house but no check list when we got there on what they were so I'm worried.

Other than the legs on the hide-a-beds being broken and the musty smell we all had a good time. Suggestion, cover the large hole on the deck.

Kids had a blast!
We had a great time in the waterpark, and doing the "HEY" rides at night. I also enjoyed the street dance for Marti Gras- the kids had a blast!!! Yogi came and visited, too. I really appreciated the staff, very helpful and friendly everywhere from the check in to the pool- boating was fun, but quite a walk.
The bed in the Bungalow was terrible. I couldn't sleep the entire first night and had to go buy an air mattress to put on top for the remaining nights. after that I had no issue. the door to the bungalow also was hard to use- scraped the floor and the latch was weird. some of the campsites were very crowded and cramped. I had a bungalow and 2 tent sites and they were on opposite ends of the park- would have loved to be able to rent a golf cart for the weekend.

Very fun campground. Sites are close to each other and close to the highway which was unfortunate but for 1 night the kids loved it.

Disappointed
The beds were terrible. The bathrooms were okay, but had not been cleaned overnight. The fire pit for a 6 person cabin didn't have enough room around it for six people. Would have been a fine place for tent camping. I just didn't like the cabin or the location of the cabin which was right next to the freeway (I-94) so it was very noisey. The rest of the property was good.

Great Campground for families.
Had a great time in the water areas and they did a great job with their activity schedule - hayrides, painting, lei making, tie dye. Tight KOA/Family style camping, with shared amenities, but super clean.

Stay elsewhere.
When you book this place if you must, watch it. They did a bait and switch on me showed a picture of a pop up camper that say you need to pay extra to have a camper their. Not a good start. Than camp sites are very small and very close together. Most of the people their seem to deal free to just walk through your camp sites at all times. Bathrooms were dirty and smelled horibile. Their were many sites with big dead branches dangling over campsites. The pool was way to small for the amount of people. In short not worth the price.

Stay somewhere else. Anywhere. Seriously.
I'd never go back. The bathrooms were horrible and not enough of them for as many campers that the squeeze into this small on the freeway so called resort. Saftey is not a concern for the owners. Dead tree branches hanging only by a few alive branches below in trees right over camp sites. Had to pay an extra $30 to have site that can hold a popup camper. And than needed 25' of hose and wire to connect.
They did have some good activities for the kids, but got little sleep since most of their campsites are within a few hundred feet of interstate 90/94. And they have no sound barrier or tree line to lessen the tragic noise.
Stay elsewhere they place is the worst campground I ever stayed at and the most expensive. Over $80 a night. My local park has a water park that is much better than their 1 slide for bigger kids and small over crowded pool. The little kid area is OK but again not really safe. They put regular slides in a pool activity area since they are wet kids fly at high speeds down them.

Booked a cabin, got a tent
Online brochure misleads one into thinking they are renting a cabin when they are actually renting a tent
