A 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz shopping area, restaurants and transport links. Easy walk to many of Berlin's highlights. Good clean hotel with excellent breakfast choice (although the scrambled egg worth a miss!). Well equipped gym. Room compact but clean, good shower. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed not so good, but ok for teenage son. Not the greatest customer service, but we're helpful in allowing us to leave our bags on early arrival and until our late flight departure. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break if you don't mind the walk to get there.

carpets in hallways filthy. Said our bed was a queen but it was a double bed. Finally moved us. “computer “ says it’s a queen but not so. Breakfast was mobbed couldn’t get near some of the machines. 2 waffle machines taking 3 minutes each not enough for hundreds of people.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. Additionally, the hallway carpet outside the room was dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, not worth the stay.

It’s an ok hotel with small rooms and quite poorly equipped. Everything was acceptable but I expected some quality from a Hilton brand. Unfortunately there was Berlin Marathon at the weekend when I stayed in the hotel and the overpriced stay was not in line with the size and equipment of my room

I was sleeping and was too itchy so woke up to see what happened and there were so many bugs on my bed. Went to the reception to tell this and they just said wait for 5 mins but eventually had to wait for 20mins to change my room. No apologies, not good attitude- never stay here again

Small tight but efficient room.
Nice hotel with friendly staff but don’t let the really dirty hallway carpets scare you off! Carpets must be quite old, but inside the rooms are nicer. A bit small with 3 beds and very little room for suitcases but it is the city after all. And we only planned to sleep in the room. A/C was limited only being able to drop temps -3c and if you open the window the unit shuts off. Perhaps typical in Europe and very clever environmental -wise, but unknown to this American! We loved the location - right at Alexanderplatz ! Historical site and right inside what used to be East Berlin. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal !
