The check in process was unclear, no instructions were given to us. Luckily there were guest on the first floor apartment telling us to text the number on WhatsApp.
There were no instructions given by the property prior us arriving. We do not have cell phone plan aboard so we couldn’t call the overseas number. The property should give guest instructions posted. Expedia should flag this hotel as not enough instructions provided. It is an inconvenience for us and made us worry about not able to check in to the property.
Those without internet or cell phone would be difficult to check in to this property
