stay was good however, i showed up from the hospital and needed a room, i had a reservation before i showed up and still, took over 2 hours for the front desk to get my room in order, very frustrating. A late flight arrival got me to the hotel around 10 PM. I have mobility issues. This hotel has no allowances for this, and requires ascending seven stairs before the main door is reached. Well the lobby is unlocked, but there is no one in attendance. That requires an elevator to the fifth floor. This made for a very poor start and it is difficult to say anymore after that, however, this needs to be resolved by the hotel or they need to make sure That this is noted on the websites they use for booking. All else at the hotel was acceptable.
