Totally unacceptable
Will never stay here again. When I arrived the power was out , Rather than trying to find me a room at a related hotel nearby, took over an hour to finally figure our how to get in the room. Could not give me my own key to the room so could not leave. No Power. No Heat(Pitt was in single digits). No hot water. Gave me a blanket and said I had to use my cell phone for light. Temp in room got down to 55. Everytime I tried to speak to a manager about my stay I was told they were not available. Once the power came on, saw that the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. Nail clippings on the floor. Hair in the bedding. Hair in the tub and mold in the tub. Towels were neatly folded but were dirty/stained.

Very Disappointing, not corporate
First room had broken wall heater front desk switched us to a “better room”. Second room had a dirty toilet, half the towels, smashed bug on the wall. The toilet would need flushed 3 or 4 times. Bed squeaked. We approached desk in the am, they said oh ya sometimes it can be marked as cleaned when it’s NOT! Extremely Noisy. You can hear your neighbors talking. Doors open yours pulls shut. This hotel is not corporately owned and it shows so much. We had booked 6 nights stayed for 2. It was that crappy. I’ve stayed at many other Hampton inns. This was bad. Front desk guy also told me, maybe an assessment was made when we checked in… to determine what room was a best fit. I guess we didn’t look fancy enough for a better room. He also said all the single king rooms on the same level as the lobby are Renovated. I just wouldn’t stay here. Maybe it works for some. But it was super awful.

Modern Hotel near Shopping and Restaurants
This is a very modern/new Hampton near the shopping area of Settler's Ridge. It is very clean and modern. It has free parking. You can walk to the restaurants and shopping on the hill or easily drive there. The only issue I had was that I stayed there 4 nights and they did not come in to clean my room.

Loved this hotel. Below-hotel-Garage parking kept me out of the snow. Appeared to be a very NEW facility, and if not - it was extremely clean and nice. Felt like I was at a fancier hotel than what I was paying for. Great value - great location for my early trip to the airport. Easy access. Easy check-in. 5Stars.

My wife and I spent 2 nights over this past weekend and we were unfortunately disappointed with our stay. Our room was never cleaned and a couple of our towels weren’t clean as they had stains on them. The bathroom floor did not make us feel comfortable to enjoy a shower too. Overall, poor stay and service.
