Überbucht und keine Hilfe vom Hotel
Das Hotel war überbucht und uns wurde überhaupt nicht geholfen. An der Rezeption hat es niemanden interessiert. Hotels.com hat uns nach 1,5 Stunden am Telefon eine neue (ganz tolle!) Unterkunft in der Nähe vermittelt, ansonsten hätten wir auf der Strasse gestanden.
