Ok not great
Room was clean and comfortable (1 parent, 2 kids) Room I booked wasn’t ready upon arrival- moved to another room that was ok. Parking charge is OUTRAGEOUS. Shuttle service to parks wasn’t very helpful (had to book ahead, couldn’t book it in the evening, only had a couple run times). Staff were cleaning a room across the hall while I tried to take a nap and they were incredibly loud for 2 hrs (unaware of several doors marked with do not disturb)

Perfect for families hitting up the parks!
Was here for 2 nights before our Disney Cruise, and also right before hurricane Milton hit! Had an awesome pool that wasn't busy when we were there so my son loved that. And a bar/grill poolside so that was a plus for the adults while watching the kiddos and relaxing. The hotel staff was nice, super convenient being right near Universal so we were able to buy our tickets at the hotel and take the shuttle over so can't beat that. Breakfast was a buffett style with plenty of hot/cold options and just what we needed to start our day. Only downside was paying for parking, seems unnecessary for guests, I get it for other people trying to park that aren't guest but otherwise just a money grab. Other than that, was a good stay.

Wow great value hotel close to Universal
All good things to say about this hotel, walkable in 15 mins to either universal or the outlets in the other direction- value was great for 6 people that included breakfast ❤️ Justin was great on reception very helpful - the only comment for feedback is to solve the location of the plates/Cups and cutlery- unless the current locations for them are to the amusement of people watchers trying to find/grab against the toaster brigade… why not make them visible on entry and close the 3rd door so it runs a one way system…

Disappointing stay and extra fees
The beds were horrible! The worst! The best was soft a cotton, pillows mushy. We were sore when we got up and our limbs were numb. The bathroom sink had black mole in the holes for the water overflow and the shower door was stuck and hard to move back and forth. PAID PARKING WAS RIDICULOUS! LIKE WHERE ELSE ARE YOU GOING TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE...

Room was dirty. Coffee maker had a hair in it. Stove and countertop dirty. Bathroom sink clogged and shower door stuck. Aside complained and no empathy. Had a DND on the door and housekeeper came in. Did the bed and the cup I used was left dirty in my sink. For three days crumbs in front of my door. Did not take the picture of the stove, coffeemaker and countertop.

Great place!
We stayed here for the Orlando informer weekend at Universal Studios. Location was great! Could walk to park or city walk (25min walk). Breakfast was included and great. They didn’t really have a hotel store, just a little corner of bare minimum things and snacks. And they were very expensive. The address wouldn’t show up for Ubers, but Hyatt place would. But they shared a parking lot so also not bad! But overall we would totally stay here again. We had the suite with the living area and kitchenette! Would recommend to a friend!
