Estuvimos en el 2019 y ahora Noviembre 2024. Desayuno y almuerzo son muy repetitivos y poca variedad, no vimos mariscos incluyendo los básicos como camarones y mejillones. Solo en los restaurantes a la carta encontramos Camarones como mariscos. Restaurante a la carta la comida fue servida tibia. El snack al lado del río lento es muy bueno y su personal muy atento. Los postres fueron buenos en su gran mayoría. Instalaciones tuvieron super bien, nos tocó una habitación céntrica a todo. El hotel es bueno para ir en familia. El equipo de animación es bueno y no son invasivos como otros hoteles. En resumen: instalaciónes 9/10; comida 8/10; personal 10/10

Expedia booked all inclusive only 1 restaurant the buffet. Like eating in McDonald’s every day. And cheap alcohol Needed to upgrade $65 per person per day in order to get the other 9 restaurants and they call premium beer coros or Stella. Wife did the spa and the rushed her and paid for extra and forgot treatment told to come next day for it. Very unprofessional.Hotel beatific but not worth the aggravation 500.00 us per night in room with this activation. Not an enjoyable vacation

My Wife and I , recently spent a week at Ocean El Faro in Punta Cana, and it was an experience to remember! The hotel is beautifully designed with a colonial-style interior that adds a touch of elegance to the tropical surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering all the comforts you could need. Highlights: Pools and Lazy River: The multiple pools and the lazy river were fantastic. Whether you want to relax or have some fun, there’s something for everyone. Pool bar service was great, Luis, Domingo Etc make the experience wonderful thanks for all the efforts Dining Options: The variety of themed restaurants was impressive. From Italian to Japanese, each meal was a culinary delight. Entertainment: The evening shows and activities kept us entertained throughout our stay. The entertainment staff did a great job of engaging guests. Joel Erick Wanda Esteban did a great job entertaining us Thank you guys for everything you did Room for Improvement: Room Cleanliness: While the rooms were generally clean, there were occasional issues with musty smells and dampness1. Overall, Ocean El Faro offers a wonderful vacation experience with its stunning location, excellent amenities, and diverse dining options. It’s a great choice for families and couples alike We really want to thanks to Johanser Mazara, (Guest Experience Specialist ).
