The hotel is overall under well maintained and it is mainly running or hosting weeding.
I’m not expert o local demographic but I don’t see any mass marrying near by.
The main issue is I paid or 4 persons, two adult and two kids, and the manager insist we can only have 3 instead of 4 breakfast because what I book is a triple room.
Since they show no willingness to check the confirmation letter from hotel.com I left to look for help online. Dam helped me call the office and soon back to me says they say they don’t speak English. And Emma whom called from Springfield center said she talked with the manager and there is a rule that children under 12 is free for breakfast. Guess what, again is the triple room theory, because the room decides all.
I speak native Japanese and have been in japan more than a decade and when I finally go down to buy the ticket or my 5 years old boy the manager still said to me that I should feel lucky they decide to allow us family of four to stay in their very triple room. And so I asked him that in fact my mrs is pregnant and will it count as 5?
Well for sure I will never stay at this hotel, and no score will be given
From this case I see hotel.com is under pressure of keeping good hotels available for what hotel.com confirms could be easily ignored, even without English
But in the end the case is solved professionally and I am happy with hotel.com even having had this.
