"Even though we don’t speak Spanish the staff were welcoming and super helpful. We worked through the language barrier with ease. Room is comfortable and clean. Great restaurant and bar on the property. They even give you two complimentary drinks. Food was great. Will be staying here agin in two weeks and am already looking forward to it!"

The dolphin sunset tour is an absolute must—it was magical and one of the highlights of our trip. We loved our stay so much that I actually cried when it was time to leave. "There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane. "
