"A fantastic six night stay at Avani+ which was recommended by a colleague. Beautiful, elegantly designed resort with lush gardens and plenty to do (whatever the weather). Our room was very spacious and comfortable and the food was of a consistently high standard with lots of choice. What impressed us the most, however, was the staff’s courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail. They are clearly very well trained and motivated to make their guests as comfortable as possible - an example was arranging tennis bookings for us at a neighbouring resort whilst their court was unexpectedly under maintenance. Highly recommend the cooking class, climbing wall, and spa. Particular thanks to Julie and Gift on front desk, Benz and Biw in F&B, the Farm Boy, Ranisa the Director of Rooms, and Nan in the spa!"
"Beautifully secluded hideaway villa with private pool was utter luxury. Lots of outdoor space by the pool with outdoor ceiling fan. Gorgeous deep bath. Fantastic outdoor shower. Staff are amazing- friendly and super helpful. Complimentary all day ice cream was a treat. Stunning secluded beach. 3 lovely restaurants and fantastic breakfast. Limited choice outside the hotel to eat. "
"This was an absolutely incredible stay and a perfect place for us to get engaged.
It feels quite like the resort in The White Lotus, but without any of the bad or weird bits!
Beautiful garden villa room with private pool, amazing facilities, lovely central pool overlooking the beach, you can wander straight onto the beach where the sea is so warm, really great breakfast and dinners, excellent spa - I could go on and on.
Also, the staff are all the most hospitable people, but special shout outs to Palm who sorted lots of things for us during our stay, including our private beach dinner, and Kent who looked after us during the dinner.
If you are considering this for your holiday - stop considering it and just book it right away. "
"I stayed in Room 3208. I felt great thanks to the male staff who cleaned the room so thoroughly from the first day of my stay. If you can find it, please give me a compliment. Also, the pop welcomed us very warmly in the lobby when we arrived. It moved our luggage safely, and we met again when we accidentally asked for a buggy to go to the Olive Restaurant. It felt great to remember us at this time. And when we left, they watched us through the whole process while waiting for the taxi in the lobby after checking-out and even accompanied us with a safe ride in the taxi. Everything about Jw marriott was great, but especially thanks to the smile of all the staff, the comfortable wrap and decap, and especially the more memorable pop, I'm heading home with a good impression of Thailand. I'm currently preparing to leave Phuket Airport, and I'd really appreciate it if you could compliment both of them."

"The resort is quite well maintained and staff members are very friendly and helpful. We have chosen Phuket as one of our must-go places for vacation for the last decade and the resort is almost the best one to stay. Nevertheless, there are nitty gritty things that should be attended to so as to make it a perfect place. The shower room drainage system is bad and always floods beyond the room (I did read some reviews talking about this showing not much efforts made in this regard). In addition, the mat at the center of the living room has been not serviceable as the edges and corners of the mat were curled up that would easy cause trip-off (I was staying at Ocean View Loft). Apart from these, it was definitely a pleasant place to stay with. "
