Picked this property because it had a room with 3 twin beds, ideal for our needs. Room was fairly stark, but generally clean but in need of some paint, etc. I was greeted in the bathroom by a roach. Biggest issue was the completely overwheling smell of smoke despite walking in to open windows. It was so bad i considered asking for another room. But opted not to upset my two special needs teens. Positives were the very friendly staff and underground parking.

Positives: Stay was lovely, desk staff was very polite and helpfull. Room was clean and had a very nice mini fridge and freezer. Negatives: No kettle or microwave so we couldn't reheat leftovers or even make coffee or ramen. The 'mattress' was a memory foam topper on top of a box spring covered in a flat sheet.

Staff were lovely. Location is convenient but not the most glamorous. Room was poorly decorated and bed really quite uncomfortable. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided. Instead were three bottles of body lotion?

Good stay.
We needed a night to stay after a long planned trip. You can tell they're in a process of updating/renovating/painting. Front desk/staff was really helpful. And for a free parking ang a restaurant in the hotel, you cannot beat this deal.

I have never slept in a more uncomfortable bed, even in the 3rd world. There was a box spring and a 1.5” old foam pad. No mattress. Only way this wasn’t the worst night ever was doubling the foam pad. AC unit would only go down to 77 so hot and sweaty for a long time. Avoid at all costs.
