Unsatisfactory. Kiosk check in translates to lack of adequate staff to provide proper service. Tiny, stuffy room with barely enough room to walk. The ac fan was so noisy I couldn’t use it. Minibar was a small tray of chips and candy. Bedside lights did not work. “Television” was not a television but merely a non-functioning useless screen. No robes as stated, not even a closet or drawers or place to set a suitcase. No turn down service or room service as stated. Huge cockroach. Called the number for assistance but really to no avail as the person was at a remote location. Had to let the phone ring for quite a while to get an answer, then respond with text messaging. The very pleasant “community manager” did his best but could really only provide apologies for the state of affairs. This is not a real hotel. It is an SRO. It’s trying to pass as a boutique hotel but it’s a fraud and a deception. The 4th floor bar where I paid $4 for a half cup of lukewarm water and a tea bag was kinda nice. Neighborhood rooster crowed all night. Terrible. They use a lot of hormone disrupting chemical scents in the lobby and elevator. From the description online I was expecting something much nicer, especially for the price

Cute design, but no concierge services and food serving time is pretty limited. The lift had a really bad smell, not sure how this place gets such good reviews

Great small hotel in Little Havana Charming decor with friendly staff. Will be back!

It was very clean hotel , but there where a couple things I didn’t like . For example it said there was parking for the hotel but when we got there it was not hotel parking u had to park on the street in front if other people’s houses it was a competition to park u where lucky if you found parking a block away. Also it was hard to find workers down at the lobby when we need some help or checking in and out we had to wait and certain things that said that came with the room where missing

We were only there for one night, but the hotel was lovely, the staff friendly, and the food from the cafe delicious.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The decor is great and the location was excellent for visiting Little Havana. The price for the room was also great. Our room was clean and attractive. The bathroom was a good size, but there was very little space around the bed. We were also placed in the very first room on the first floor, right next to the main entrance. It was quiet at night, but we heard all of the lobby and hallway traffic beginning in the morning. We did have a bit of trouble getting in contact with the hotel before our visit. We had a time-sensitive question and were unable to get anyone to answer the phone for over an hour. When we finally were able to speak with someone, the service was friendly and helpful. We were also pleased with the service of the employees at the hotel during our stay. I think it is important to have someone available by phone 24/7, though. Overall, we were pleased and would stay at this hotel again. We would probably request a different room and contact the hotel in advance to find out if there is an alternative phone number that allows for direct dialing into the location, rather than the 866 number provided everywhere.

Room was clean, tv connection sucks!!!! Place nice and quite but didn’t really like surrounding area. Overall decent place. Staff awesome, friendly and super helpful.

Awesome vegan breakfast, great room, comfortable bed, adorable lobby and great staff.
