Great location, Best Staff and Awesome Rooftop

This place is so central. It's in the heart of everything and close to many attractions from walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff is truly what made my stay even more special. Anna is incredibly helpful and was the resident 'concierge'. She made my Mum and my stay hard to say goodbye but if I ever returned to Hanoi, I will make sure to book Lucien (previously San Grand). Julia who is a Trainee is also amazing. The Bell boys are courteous and friendly. Always greeting with a smile.

Perfect hotel with excellent skybar

Great stay at this lovely hotel. All staff are extremely helpful and kind. Great beds and excellent cleaning. The sky bar is truly amazing with a perfect view of the Hoan Kiem lake. The breakfast is so lovely, and is perfect serviced by the lovely Ms. Amy and her team. They are all extremely kind and helpful and always do a little extra for you, to enjoy your breakfast.
