Dallas Was Bad, This Was Worse
Terrible. Expensive valet, never received my $100 incidental fee back, instead got charged $50? No close public parking. Hotel full of people in costumes. Not an inviting or pleasant atmosphere to be in. Rude staff. Paid $400 for a torn up bed. No vending available. Truly disappointed.

Dance convention stay
First of all, I have lived in Dallas my whole life. Reunion arena is iconic. This hotel is beautiful but it smells terrible. Everyone in the group we traveled with complained that the lobby smelled like sewage and it was very hard to stay warm in the convention center and stay cool in the room. Housekeep knocked on my door before 10:00 am and didn’t complete cleaning my room until 2:00pm.
