    Will do

    It was a descent stay. It was not cleaned very well. Used wash cloths were in the shower. Overall it was an okay stay. I hated I had to pay $100 deposit.

    Time for a proper update

    His room is not so good customer service at the counter was great Phyllis did a great job and was very friendly when I got to my room on the other hand I was not satisfied at all the room is dated the chair for the desk is broken the trash wasn't taken out by housekeeping the day before or whenever the room is Dusty the bathroom is in deplorable condition and the heat in the room is not that good is an especially cold night tonight and the room is very cold almost to the point where I want to go and get another room or my money back

    This is a NOT A HOTEL- It's a motel!

    When we arrived in the lobby, it smelled strongly of a propane gas leak. The front lobby attendant stated it was a normal odor, and had smelled like that for two years. I asked her where all the customers were, and she said their cars were in back because this was a motel, not a hotel. I would've never booked a motel, and do not recall any information about our booking that showed it was a motel, to include my review of the site's pictures. She placed us in Room 110, a 1st floor room. I had to initial a form that we wouldn't smoke, bring in a pet, or disable the smoke detector. Upon entering, the room looked updated and modern, and appeared bright and clean. When i inspected the room, i noted that the toiletry samples were opened and used, and we were missing a smoke detector all together. The room had a king size bed, and the linens appeared fresh and clean. The mattress was horrible, squeaked terrible and had no support. If you are looking to stay at a motel and have minimal expectations, then this is your spot. However, i would not recommend this place if you are security-minded, and expecting a modicum of comfort and cleanliness.

    Disappointed. Ruined Ramada for me

    I wish i would have taken some pictures. I felt extremely uncomfortable in the room. It smelt like cigarettes in this smoke free room. When i checked in, i opened the room and suddenly felt icky as it was moist inside. I turned on the Ac to help it. When i came back to sleep in the room, i took off my socks to feel the carpet WET. Not just a single spot. The ENTIRE floor was wet the entire stay. There was a chair next to the bed that had a drop of dry blood on it. The phone look liked it had been wiped down but you can still see dirt encrusted in the 1980s looking phone. The cabinet in which the fridge was housed in had dust all along the sides. The toilet had urine stains all over the bottom. Im really hoping someone addresses this. This has ruined ramada for me. Im hoping this is a one off, otherwise me and my family will never stay at a ramada.

    Fleas in the bed

    There were fleas in the bed. We were immediately moved to another room. I asked about a refund or discount and was told management would contact me when they arrived, but no one ever called. Because of covid, house keeping services were limited. We were told to toss our dirty towels onto the filthy sidewalk outside our door. I will say the towels were clean in the room, but knowing they had been on the sidewalk was revolting. As I walked around the building I saw towels and bed linens sitting outside overnight.
