Very nice hotel with good breakfast. The neighborhood felt safe, even though this isn't the primary tourist area in Lima. I had some issues with getting an early check-in and was told different things by different people. I'd recommend calling a couple of times to confirm that you'll be able to check in when you arrive, if it will earlier than check-in time.

I leaved the room early in the morning because the hotel did not have water in the bathrooms, I have to booked another hotel to take a shower, terrible, also did not take the breakfast. The manger just said I’m sorry about that, that was not enough for me. I need a compensation about the bad service.
