Great stay and close to parks!
Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and we really love that there was no carpet. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. Only negative was the highway noise from I4 right outside our window was very very loud. We were in the Tower on the 6th floor. Other than that happy with the stay. Glad it was so easy to get to Universal also. Staff on checkin and check out were super friendly and nice. Always a plus!

Charge resort fees
The hotel was comfortable. Beware you might get stuck on a second floor with no elevator. If you’re looking for a hotel with a restaurant, this would not be the one. There are resorts around the Avanti that do not have resort fees, Wi-Fi fees, or parking fee. Not happy with the resort fee I’m not sure what it even was for.

Cold weather in Florida at night heater didn’t work changed rooms staff was helpful people smoking weed in the tower courtyard, tower cafe closed most of the time during my stay!! so I had to go two buildings over to stand in a long line just for coffee The barista was great. I just thought there should’ve been more help for her. Overall, it was OK.
